FA Youth Cup Winners 2022 ( boys u16s), 2023 ( girls u16s ) & 2024 (girls u14s)

My son has been going to Sala for around a year now and people that have known him and have watched him play for a while are starting to comment on how much his skills and overall play are improving. Before he came to Sala, he was playing more as a sweeper style defender (big clearances when the opposition were attacking etc.). He is now getting on the ball more, using his skills/pace to get past players and is starting to look up for the pass. But most of all, he is enjoying playing. I can see the improvement in his play, but it’s great to hear compliments from others that have noticed his development. The improvements that we are seeing are clearly a benefit of him attending the Sala sessions. And I deliberately refer to ‘Sala’ as opposed to general Futsal because I truly believe that it is the coaching from Neil and Oscar that has brought about these changes. I had taken my son to a different Futsal class before coming to Sala and my son did not enjoy it. However, after hearing some great reviews about the coaches at Sala, we decided to try him at Futsal again and now he loves it. He loves the sessions and is always eager to impress Neil and Oscar. Neil and Oscar are great at what they do and I love their enthusiasm. They seem to get as excited for a goal scored in a 2 v 2 drill as they would if England had scored in the last minute to win the World Cup. And you can see that the kids react to this enthusiasm. They want to impress and they want to do well. I am so happy that I decided to give Sala a try and will continue to recommend them to all that are interested in Futsal and eager to help their children to improve their football skills.
